SIRS (“we”, “our”, “the App”) is a community-based carpooling application designed to connect employees and users for shared commuting. Your privacy is extremely important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

We collect only the minimum information required to operate the app effectively.

- Email address
- Phone number
- Profile photo (optional)
- Home/office location (provided by user)
1.2 Usage Information
- Carpool ride preferences (driver/rider)
- Ride creation details (time, pickup point, destination)
1.3 Device & App Data
- Device type & OS version
- App crash logs
- App usage analytics (non-identifiable)
1.4 Location Information
- Real-time location (only when user enables location)
- Background location not collected unless enabled
- We do not track or store location unnecessarily

- Match drivers and riders
- Show routes and nearby users
- Verify identity
- Enable communication
- Improve app performance

3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your data.
3.1 With Other Carpool Users

3.2 Service Providers

Providers cannot use your data for their own purpose.
4. Data Retention
- Account data kept until account deletion
- Ride data kept 90–180 days
- Logs kept per vendor policy
- User can request deletion anytime
